Guidelines for Parents

1. Punctuality & Attendance

• Ensure that your child reaches school on time every day.

• Regular attendance is essential for academic success.

• Inform the school in writing in case of absence.

2. School Uniform & Cleanliness

• Ensure your child comes to school in the prescribed uniform.

• Pay attention to cleanliness, neat hair, trimmed nails, and proper shoes.

3. Academic Support at Home

• Encourage regular study habits and timely completion of homework.

• Check notebooks, homework, and notices sent by teachers.

• Create a positive learning environment at home.

4. Communication with School

• Maintain regular contact with teachers regarding your child’s progress.

• Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.

• Discuss academic or behavioral concerns politely with school authorities.

5. Discipline & Behavior

• Encourage your child to follow school rules and respect teachers and classmates.

• Teach values such as honesty, discipline, politeness, and responsibility.

• Support the school’s disciplinary decisions.

6. Health & Safety

• Do not send your child to school if they are unwell.

• Inform the school about any medical condition or special need of your child.

• Avoid sending sharp objects, valuable items, or prohibited materials to school.

7. Use of Mobile Phones

• Do not allow students to bring mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets to school.

• The school will not be responsible for loss of such items.

8. Transportation

• Ensure safe and punctual transport for your child.

• School does not provide any transport facilities. 

9. Fee & Official Matters

• Pay school fees and dues on time.

• Read all circulars, notices, and messages sent by the school carefully.

10. Cooperation with School

• Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in all matters.

• Mutual respect and coordination between parents and school help in the overall development of the child.
